[*] PROJETO D.O.S.

O programa TIDIA foi criado em 2001, financiado pela FAPESP, e visa incentivar a pesquisa científica e tecnológica para o desenvolvimento de projetos colaborativos relacionados ao estudo e desenvolvimento de "redes experimentais" de alta velocidade.

Inserido no contexto do TIDIA-ae, o Nomads.usp - Núcleo de Estudos de Habitares Interativos - propôs o projeto D.O.S. visando, principalmente, explorar o ambiente e a rede de alta velocidade, proporcionados pelo TIDIA, como ferramentas no processo de criação projetual em Arquitetura e Design. Para tanto, o D.O.S. prevê a produção de três objetos em escalas distintas, os quais encontram-se em andamento dentro do Nomads.usp.

São eles:

_z.IP [escala do corpo] O z.IP.nomads investiga as questões da interatividade e portabilidade em objetos que se relacionam diretamente com o corpo humano e/ou com outros aparatos tecnológicos. Para contemplar as diversas possibilidades de relação entre os usuários e os objetos, os produtos do z.IP têm como característica principal interagirem entre si, formando um sistema o qual somente se realizará plenamente na relação entre os objetos, interatores e o ambiente em que se encontram.

_ÉOS [escala do mobiliário] O projeto ÉOS.nomads consiste no desenvolvimento de um anteparo que bloqueie ou filtre a entrada de luz solar no interior do edifício sede do grupo de pesquisa nomads.usp (a casa 001). Para além disso, o anteparo tem como objetivo entrar na linha de pesquisa do grupo para o desenvolvimento de objetos interativos na escala do edifício, visando compreender e analisar o processo de criação e desenvolvimento do projeto.

_PIX [escala do edifício] O projeto PIX.nomads consiste no desenvolvimento de uma matriz luminosa que será instalada na fachada da 001, edifício sede do grupo de pesquisa Nomads.usp. Ela funcionará como um display de baixa resolução através da qual imagens e animações poderão ser visualizadas.

The program TIDIA wa created in 2001, financed by FAPESP and aims to encourage scientific and technological research for the development of collaborative projects related to the study and development of "experimental network" high speed.

Inserted in the TIDIA´s contex ,the Nomads.usp - Center for Study of Interactive Habitar - proposed the project D.O.S aimed, primarily, to explore the environment and the high-speed network, provided by TIDIA as tools in the process of design creation of Architecture and Design. For both the D.O.S provides the production of three objects in different scales, which are in progress within the Nomads.usp.

They are:

_z.IP [scale of the body] The z.IP.nomads investigates the issues of interactivity and portability in objects that relate directly to the human body and / or other technological devices.To cover the various possibilities of connection between users and objects, the products of z.IP have as main characteristic interact with each other, forming a system which only takes place fully in the relationship between objects, interatores and the environment in which they are.

_ÉOS [scale of the furniture] The project ÉOS.nomads is a development of a shield to block or filter the entry of sunlight inside the headquarters building of the research group nomads.usp (Section 001). In addition, the shield aims to enter the line of research group for the development of interactive objects on the scale of the building, seeking to understand and analyze the process of developing the project.

_PIX [scale of the building] PIX.nomads is the development of a matrix that light will be installed in front of 001, headquarters building of the research group Nomads.usp. She works as a low-resolution display through which images and animations can be viewed.
