How to participate

A. BY SUBMITTING A VIDEO RECORDED BY YOU

  1. Make a 2 minute-video maximum, sharing your impressions about your current living space, your daily life, your experiences, and reflections on the lockdown, encouraging people to remain in confinement. You can film anything you want. Any camera can be used, including your cell phone;
  2. Fill in the registration form. Fill out a form for each video you want to send to the Project;
  3. Upload your video to the Nomads.usp database, the link is on the registration form.

B. BY SUBMITTING A VIDEO WITH REMIX OF OUR VIDEOS

  1. Select and download videos from our repository at: https://bit.ly/2XYG1a7h
  2. Use excerpts from these videos to produce a maximum 2-minute video, encouraging people to remain in confinement. You can mix videos from Project Con:finis with images and sounds recorded by you SINCE they are NOT copyright protected;
  3. Fill in the registration form. Fill out a form for each video you want to submit to the Project;
  4. Upload your video to the Nomads.usp database, the link is on the registration form.

CAUTION: DO NOT use a copyrighted soundtrack as we will not be able to make your video available on online platforms.

All videos will be made available for public access and will also compose a documentary film about living spaces under confinement, to be edited by Nomads.usp. All videos will be licensed under a Creative Commons license, which allows their remix and reuse, as long as their authors are cited (CC BY-NC-SA). All participants will be allowed to edit their own versions, by using all available material.
